Join a busload of friends for an excursion to Aratoi’s new exhibition The City – Becoming and Decaying, a major survey of award-winning contemporary German photography.
Travel by bus to Masterton, where Aratoi director Alice Hutchison discusses the exhibition of 20 years of work from the famed photo agency OSTKREUZ, founded in East Berlin in 1990. Your visit also includes a behind-the-scenes tour with collection manager Bronwyn Reid. For those who went on the previous tours to Aratoi, Bronwyn will select new objects to show you and more time has been scheduled for you to enjoy. After lunch at the museum cafe you can relax and enjoy your homeward bound journey.
Bus transport is generously supported by the Goethe-Institut.
